RO & JEWEL SHIPPING POLICY
Ro and Jewel provides Free Shipping in the United States on all purchases. We offer Free Shipping internationally on purchases above $100. A flat $20 fee is charged for international purchases below $100. Products are shipped within 1-3 business days, and within the United Stated are estimated to arrive in 3 - 5 business days after shipped. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your jewels have been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show activity.
Ro & Jewel does everything possible to ensure an accurate shipping date but please keep in mind that all shipping dates are estimated time of arrival (ETA).
You will be notified if an item is out of stock.
Ro and Jewel is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed delivered by mail tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of those items. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to a full mailbox or an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
RO & JEWEL RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted on ALL products, except items on sale. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise and must be in unused condition, with all the original packaging including all labels, jewelry tags, and boxes.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and duties. Please note that all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.
Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified by email. Please keep in mind that your banking institution may need additional days to process the refund.
To return your merchandise please follow 3 easy steps:
ONE- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including the reason for your request. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
TWO - Repack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all labels, jewelry tags and boxes.
Please include a copy of the email with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) in the package to return.
NO STORE CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A DAMAGED OR USED CONDITION.
THREE- Items must be returned within 7 days of your Return Authorization Number being emailed to you.
